i want to tell you a few tips that i love to do to keep my skin healthy.
i want to tell you a few tips that i love to do to keep my skin healthy.
- I use Neutrogena visibly clear spot stress control daily scrub as it has microbeads that gets rid of dead skin while as removing oil and dirt and also reduces spots from appearing at all.
- after using my scrub I use Quinoderm extra strength cream I’ve used it for five years and it really has work for me as I had spots really bad before using this cream.
- then I will use simple Moisturiser, I’ve used this for six years and it really helps to keep your skin nice and fresh with baby soft skin (everyone needs to try it even if it's just once).
- sometimes if I’m not going out anywhere I will have thoughs days without wearing any makeup on at all as it helps your skin to breath and helps get rid as spots quicker.
- sleep is really important to have to help your skin but if your a busy teen or adult like me then you will find it hard to have enough sleep so just get as much sleep as you can.
- Eatting right can also help to but that doesn't mean you can't eat your favorite snacks and meals, always have breakfast as it's a good start to the day but if you skip it your body will have a low blood sugar making you want the most sugary thing so I recommend picking your favorite cereal and putting sliced frutie of your choose on top of your cereal to make it more exciting, healthy and pleasurable to eat. For lunch I always have ever soup or rice or a sandwich with ever ham and cucumber or tuna or chicken, soup is very healthy and low in calories and most soups has one of your 5 a day in it. But it depends what you fancy. Also having plenty of water can also help your skin doctors always recommend 6 pints of water a day. I hope was really helpful to all of you and thanks for reading :) x
